My training takes into account your unique biological needs based on your genes, lifestyle, ancestry and socio-economic factors. You will receive personalised recommendations depending on your health concerns and goals.

I will educate you on how diet and lifestyle choices can heal or harm your body, so that you can make informed choices for your personal health. Knowledge is power.

Small changes are better than no change. It’s about moving in the right direction at your own pace. I will meet you where you are at on your health journey. I will respect your available resources, time, financial status and personal values.

This is not a restrictive diet that will leave your body feeling deprived. Nor is it a temporary "reset" programme where you revert to your old ways as soon as it's over.
